KWL ChartIn this activity, you will use the classic KWL chart to determine what your students know, want to know, and have learned. This activity can be completed whole class using a digital bulletin board such as Padlet, a mind mapping tool, or as simple table in Google. When you near the end of the unit, repeat the KWL process to view how student’s knowledge on a topic changes throughout the unit and assess any knowledge gaps that need to be filled. You can also color-code questions added as you progress through the unit identifying how your focus and learning changes as you continue.
